Global Affairs
- For Four Global Grand Rounds were held in 2025. Topics included Challenges and Controversies in Pediatric Otolaryngology, Advanced Surgical Techniques in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Management Strategies for Chronic Otitis Media, and Multilevel Surgical Approach to Sleep Apnea Management. Co-sponsors included Canadian Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, Pan-American Association of Otorhinolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery, African Otology Society, Confederation of European ORL-HNS, Indian Academy of OTO-HNS, and International Surgical Sleep Society. The Endoscopic Sinus Surgery webinar featured a live dissection from the Medtronic Lab. Thousands of physicians, hailing from over 125 countries participated.

- International Visiting Scholarships were awarded to young physicians from India, Korea, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Mexico, Vietnam, Uganda, Mongolia, and Argentina to travel to the U.S., attend the AAO-HNSF 2025 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO, and participate in a visiting scholar program at a US institution.
- The Humanitarian Efforts Committee disbursed 24 travel grants to resident Academy members to subsidize their humanitarian medical outreach travel costs.

- Distributed On Call Compensation Survey, 730 responses.
- Published in the 2025 Otolaryngology Workforce Report
- Held a spring virtual event on insurance denials, engagement between physicians and insurance policy decisions, and the AAO-HNS/F Presidential Forum.

- Otolaryngology Private Practice Section (OPPS)
- Added 900 private practice members to the section, now at nearly 2,000
- Hosted the 2025 OTO Forum with 120 registrants, 6 sponsors, and sold-out exhibit space
- Awarded 11 resident travel grants. In addition, the section added over 900 new private practice members.
- Section for Residents and Fellows-in-Training (SRF)
- Developed a series of podcasts on advocacy and the business of medicine.
- Hosted a webinar, “Early Career Transitions: What I Wish I Knew.
- Additionally, seven brief video updates from SRF delegates and Governing Council Members was debuted with an average of 800 views per video.
- Women in Otolaryngology (WIO) Section
- Held a dynamic series of webinars focusing on financial literacy for women throughout the year.
- Awarded X WIO Endowment Grants, totaling $X.
