  • Successfully completed transition to Matrix platform with minimal attrition and strong practice retention
  • Onboarded 15-20 new sites with hundreds of practitioners

Clinical Practice Guidelines

  • Published two guidelines in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery: Surgical Management of Chronic Rhinosinusitis and Adult Sinusitis Update
  • Advanced updates to Tinnitus and Bell's Palsy CPGs through development phases
  • Advanced work on two new CPGs: Pediatric Hearing Loss and Sleep Surgery for Adults with Obstructive Sleep Apnea
  • Launched development for the Expert Consensus Statement on Noise Induced Hearing Loss
  • Began collaboration with AHRQ/CDC's "CPG-on-FHIR" initiative to codify guidelines into digital formats
  • Completed feasibility study using Ménière's Disease CPG demonstrating potential for improved implementation
  • Initiated efforts to link guideline recommendations directly to quality measures within Reg-ent
  • Expanded Cochrane Scholars Program from three to four scholars for 2025 cycle

CORE Grants Program

  • Received 177 submissions (4% increase over prior year)
  • Engaged 67 expert reviewers
  • Awarded 32 grants totaling over $550,000 across multiple funding mechanisms
  • Expanded industry engagement with new sponsorships from Stryker, Storz, and Akuous
  • Introduced new CORE grant mechanism leveraging Reg-ent data
  • Maintained partnerships with six professional societies (AAO-HNSF, AHNS, AMD, ANS, ARS, ASPO)
